The quickest way is to just play each puzzle in Easy mode but you can do it on other difficulties if you want. Once you have it you will need to unlock all the puzzles available, there are 22 in total and to unlock them you need to play the previously unlocked puzzles in the collection. If it ends up costing to get it, you should be able to pay for it with your accumulated gold from playing regular puzzles and daily tasks. In my region at the time of writing the collection was free, but whether that will change or is different for other regions I don't know. There are actually 2 food packs, "Food", and "Food 2", the one you want is just called "Food".
